Charting a Path to Real and Meaningful Change

Charting a path to real and meaningful change

On April 12, 2022, MGEU and the CMHA hosted over 150 MGEU delegates (who'd applied to the CMHA's original in-person conference), so they could spend the day together virtually, discussing current challenges when it comes to workplace mental health in our Locals, as well as ideas and strategies for making real and meaningful change.

This exercise proved extremely valuable in helping us to clarify both our unique and common workplace issues, obstacles, and opportunities. It also resulted in a flip book of our discussions by artist, Liisa Sorsa, who attended the workshop to create this amazing visual summary!
