It’s going to take training, collaboration and champions at the bargaining table.

In 2021, the MGEU will be working with the Canada Mental Health Association (CMHA) - MB to introduce the Standard to our elected representatives and create joint strategies for persuading MGEU employers to adopt the Standard.

The MGEU is currently developing a number of online and in-person (as public health restrictions allow) training courses to help you learn from others who’ve successfully adopted the Standard in their workplaces and about steps you can take to get your employer on board. Stay tuned!
